Many years ago, I purchased a stone lithograph that I loved, and could not read the artist's name. I just recently found another one of his, and on the back of the frame, they listed his name as Hubblering. These were purchased in 1969 by me, and 1971 by the original purchaser of the second print. Does anyone know anything about this artist? I remember when I bought mine (on lay away from money from my first real job) they said he/she was european. I am just curious who this is - I could find nothing else when I googled the internet. Both of the prints are very nice multiple color lithos - editions are 300 - and are of traditional subject matter. One is of a river view the other is a city/church view that looks fairly european.

Can you upload an image of the signature onto the web somewhere?

Is it perhaps Hubberling?
