Our selection in this area is pretty small; anyone out there got relatively simple recipes for making of block printing ink? (I have plenty of various pigments...)

Ummmmm...you can't get mail either? And no UPS delivery? Must truly be the last wilderness on earth where you live - but then you apparently do have a satellite feed, solar powered no doubt.
Ohhh, you didn't say if you need water based or oil based ink, so how's one to know what to advise you? But rest assured, somoeone will undoubtedly try anyway!
