I don't have, but I can tell you this. You're going to find that by the time you locate the straight-grain wood needed, and all the hardware, you'll wish you'd simply bought one.
You can find bargains if you shop around.
Building one from scratch, milling your own wood, assumes you have the shop and tools to do the job.
