Can you reuse a Canvas if you don't like the painting on it? I have an oil painting that I did a couple of years ago, and I hate it. I want to reuse the canvas, but I don't know if I should try to clean it with turpentine, or just gesso over it?

You can just gesso over it.It's easier and cleaner and you can work over it almost as if it was new. Think of things you've drawn and you didn't like a part of it. you just work with another layer over this part. It's the same for a whole drawing.
