Sometimes the most surprising things inspire me.

OK, not the most surprising things, I just seem to run into them when I least expect to, and there effect on me is immense, practically physical.

You know how it is when you get completely caught up in life, going through the motions, and even if you are working in your chosen profession, the initial joy is gone, taken over by ten thousand worries a minute.

I used to draw. I used to draw everday. Not as a project or as a job, but just because I wanted to.
That was when I was younger, and live was much simpler, made up mainly of things I chose to do.

I just happened across Elizabeth Perry’s Blog.
She post’s a drawing a day, or draws a drawing a day, and has done that for more 1500 days. The drawings are unpretentious, and non judgemental and are what they are.
I think it is wonderful, to set a side non pretentious drawing time everyday.
Soul food.
I am going to put this on my 2do for Me list.
