Personally I have never heard of it and also when googling for it cannot come up with any information. Where did you hear about that, Richard?

It came from an auction about 50 years ago in New Haven, CT. The picture you see is not very clear and I'm hoping to get a better picture of it shortly. I'm not sure if it is a copy made by a painter (it is a back paint drawing) of an original in the NY museum "Face of Peace" or whether Pablo actually did it. The signature seems to match other Picasso signatures exactly which is why I am wondering about its authenticity.
Thanks,
Richard Brown

It actually is rather small, indeed
But, this is very interesting. I will keep roaming through my books and the Internet and if I come up with something obviously let you know

hey there, i have one similar.....and wondering the same thing.....it is orange plastic with a white one on top glued down with a black painting on it and has a different image....and a cotton string, strung through the center of the two panels of plastic.....that is what prompted me to buy it last year.....

I have heard that a professional copier/painter drew pictures of or like Picasso's works and signed it with Picasso's name. That's is why I'm trying to verify the signature if possible. In any case, it is an interesting piece of art.
