Falun gong: Modern Fine Arts is a manifestation of evil
What does Li Hong Zhi Has to say about arts? In Zhuan Falun II, which is published on his web site:
http://www.universepublishing.com/ only in Chinese Version, Li Hong Zhi has these derogatory remarks that shows his total ignorance about arts:
(from the chapter entitled: The Slipping of Human and Dangerous Concepts)
'Fine Arts is the same (as music, that is, music has done down the drain as the moral value has slipped), a work of arts is done when a cat dips its tail into some ink, and it runs about in a disorderly manner to make a painting. What Abstractism, Impressionism, what are these? In the past, the better looking a painting was, the more it would be admired. What the heck do you think it is now? So is this the result of the pursuits of humanistic liberation by artists? The lack of a limiting moral behavior is the big eruption of evilness. How can there be beautiful and perfect things from man under this circumstance? The values of man is changing.
What are these artists pursuing? They talk about the liberation of humanistic values, and has no concern, no boundary, but do as they like. In Buddhism, in the absence of moral limitation, and the absence of psychological humanistic moral limitation, that which manifests from man is evilness. Now look at these artistic works, you take a look at them, even though laymen do not know what they are, but they are the exposition of evilness.
