Thankyou - but yes i am familiar with sanford and of course have been to their website. i typed in the long url but of course it came out as an error. With all due respect saying that it ia a combination of clays waxes and pigments is like saying chocolate mousse is a combination of eggs, sugar, chocolate and flavorings - now imagine all the possibilities in that combination. There are literally thousands of clays and waxes available - they all do different things when put together . Pigments are of course the least of the problem. I want to know WHAT waxes, WHAT clays, WHAT binder(now theres a constituent that isnt even mentioned.In what order - how are they mixed - are they fired - what other processes are involved? I respectfully thankyou for your help - but really it is more specific information i was hoping for. I really was hoping there would be someone in the industry who might be able to answer the question.
