Many ISPs provide web page space as part of their monthly fee. Mine does this. Usually they will assign you space on their dedicated web server after you ask them to. You need to ask if 'bellatlantic' doesn't do the same. Then transfer all of your web pages to their server.
The administrator has disabled public write access.

As I understand this, and I might be wrong, but the bandwith they talk about here regulates how many can access your page during a certain time. Let's say you suddenly got 1200 visitors a day - then some of them might be rejected. You should ask the provider about this - if somebody else here doesn't know this for sure.
