new here..hi!

Hi...just joined this group. Looking forward to information and chat about oil painting and art in general. I have seen Picasso paintings in a couple of different art galleries in Montreal and San Francisco. Always a thrill! I am a mom to two lovely daughters and a wife to a great guy. I love painting and have tried acrylics and am just now getting back to oils after many years away from it. Anyway, just wanted to introduce myself.

Could you show us some of your works? Or is it impossible?

I can put up my URL for my blog...I have almost everything there. Don't have any oil paintings as yet, tho. Still working on my first one. I did an oil painting years ago for my mother in law of her deceased husband, but unfortunately I don't have a picture of it. That was way before digital cameras! lol Thanks for the welcome...looking forward to learning lots here! (blog address below)

I like your paintings ! You are a talented lady, Prismqueen I am curious to know how your first oil painting will turn out (mostly if you will feel satisfaction with the result after finishing it)
