The words at the top just mean 'plants' in German, French, and two other languages. The number is of course 94.

I put 'z jbb' into the google search engine and it gave me tons of Polish websites, as if the phrase were a common utilitarian device.

During the middle decades of the 20th century, the Poles were the best poster artists around, i.e. for shows, circuses, concerts. This may still be true. Unfortunately, none of the words for plant at the top appear to my untrained eye to be in Polish.

You might be able to take this piece to a Polish consulate or expert on modern Polish art.
