Susan Lowe who is probably who comes to mind when thinking about someone who has done it all, or pretty much so. She has been an Actress, factory worker, professor - in short a well rounded multi experience individual.

in 2006 she experienced a serious illness, which confined her to bed for a long while. To keep occupied and sane she started drawing mostly imaginary portraits of all kinds of strange folks, from Pimps through whiskey priests . Soon she had a whole room full of people

She is now showing through April 4th at the Creative Aliance at the Patterson in Baltimore and Bmoreart, has some great images from the exhibition, which I would have loved to seen.
