No program is necessary!

Let your decision of the merit of artwork be dependent on what you see rather than what you have been told.

Let the Modern Art fundamentalists worry about, manifestoes, the new, self expression, isms, pseudo-philosophical babble etc.and whether or not he's a fine artist.

Learn your craft, how to draw accurately, and the basics of classical techniques. When that is achieved you will be able to do whatever you want and people will respect you.

Look carefully at the artwork people like and modern art critics hate. The finest work is in that category.

Laugh at the stupidity which is passed off as great Modern Art rather then being upset by it.

There is as much fine work produced today as there ever was, it just isn't to be seen in museums at the moment.

Most artists who know their craft earn a living at it while the mass produced products of Modern Academic Art Academies don't.

The more so-called artists who don't know their craft, the more work for artists who do.

'Conservatives are not necessarily stupid, but most stupid people are conservative.' -John Stuart Mill
