What's going on at Grumbacher?

For weeks, the company's art-related discussion group on the Internet (http://www.grumbacher.com/grumbacher/ web_selfregistration_form.htm) hasn't worked.

I called the company's customer service department and left two messages about this. No one answered the phone and no one called back.

I wrote a few computer letters to the company since the holiday season, but no one answered.

Does anyone know what's going on there? Is anyone else able to get access to the discussion group?

Has anyone else found that the company has non-existent customer service?

I've got somebody looking into the Grumbacher question. I know they were purchased by another company not long ago, but haven't heard anything lately. Will post of I do.
